Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
02Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it free of charge.

04Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer or store credit.
